Who’s behind JuNoWriMo (June Novel Writing Month)?
Anna Howard and Becca Campbell, two participants and huge fans of National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) got together in 2012 to form the fresh, summery, citrus-smelling event called JuNoWriMo. With the help of an amazing group of volunteers, JuNoWriMo has taken place each June since. Here’s a little more about this year’s crew.

Sydney Aaliyah is a New Adult Contemporary Romance Writer, a voracious reader, and a movie fanatic who hails from Texas.
Raiscara Avalon is a lover of books and writes in as many genres as she can, as there are too many great stories to tell.
Angi Black is a dance and theater instructor whose love affair with words helps her create books. She also bakes, sings, and owns Wise Owl Words Editing.
Shan Jeniah Burton‘s life is overflowing with lovely chaos. Most of it has to do with her Accomplice, Chef Bluebeard, two homeschooled big kids, and a pair of overly ambitious felines. She’s fascinated by Hamilton, allegedly fictional people with green blood and pointed ears, and an eclectic array of Other Things.
An author and dabbler in all things creative, Becca J. Campbell loves thinking up stories about supernatural abilities, experimenting with painting techniques, portrait drawing in her sketchbook, and recycling stuff into cool products for her Etsy shop UpCycled Chic By Becca–all whilst raising and home educating three rambunctious boys.
Sarah Chafin writes YA fantasy novels in-between raising the next generation of bookworms, none of which would happen without coffee.
Jessica Dragon Cheramie is a Young Adult Fantasy author with a love of all things magical, dragons, and her crazy holistic ways.
Elizabeth Conrad writes short stories and novel length works in mainstream, fantasy, and science fiction genres and also enjoys singing and design.
Mellissa Green is blind and writes Intergalactic Culinary thrillers and Scriptural poems.
Tiffany Hamm is a creative writer who focuses on romance mostly because well, love. Currently, she resides in the big apple (whoop whoop) and loves to encourage and interact with fellow writers.
She’s given up on being the Nancy Drew or Amelia Earhart in this life, but Eden Mabee is still living a girl’s adventure tale daily in her fiction writing.
Margaret McNellis has recently earned a MA in English and Creative Writing, is working to her MFA in Creative Writing, and has been participating in novel-writing challenges since 2008.
Tiffany Sagen is a 23-year-old female who prefers to write fanfiction in a few different genres from her homeland of Saskatchewan, Canada.
