Who We Are

JuNoWriMo Founders

Anna Howard and Becca Campbell, two participants and huge fans of National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) got together in 2012 to form the fresh, summery, citrus-smelling event called JuNoWriMo. With the help of an amazing group of volunteers, JuNoWriMo has taken place each June since. Here’s a little more about this year’s crew.

The  2023 JuNoWriMo Crew

Jacy Braegan is an M/M romance author. When not writing, you can find her working on graphic design, creating digital art, or crocheting. Want to get on her good side? Bring coffee!

Shan Jeniah Burton is a content creation expert by day; a writer of fiction, poetry, and essays by night; and a mom, Trekkie, and pit bull’s Emotional Support Human always!

Elizabeth Conrad writes short stories and novel-length works in mainstream, fantasy, and science fiction genres and also enjoys singing and design. Her favorite animals are cats and rabbits. She firmly believes that there can never be enough coffee in the world.

Angi Griffee-Black is a dance and theater instructor. Her author journey begins in 2023. She owns Editor Around The Corner at Wise Owl Words.  She loves her kiddos, music, words, musical theater, and Ted Lasso.

She’s given up on being the Nancy Drew or Amelia Earhart in this life, but Eden Mabee is still living a girl’s adventure tale daily in her fiction writing.

Marcus Mabee is a young content creator and freelance graphic designer, and in his spare time likes to write songs and screenplays for his friends to enjoy.
